What is this offer about?
Be happier with DStv: this offer gives active and disconnected DStv customers the opportunity to pay for their current package and view the higher package at no extra cost.
Who has access to this offer?
DStv Access, Family, Compact and Compact Plus customers will benefit from the upgrades to next higher package at no extra cost. This offer applies to active and disconnected customers.
How soon will the upgrade take effect after I make a payment?
Once payment is made, DStv customers will be upgraded to the next higher package within 48 hours.
When can I start benefiting from this offer?
DStv customers can take advantage of the Festive Upgrade offer in Zambia from 15 November 2019.
Note: this is a limited offer!
Which package will I get upgraded to?
The upgrade is dependent on the base package which you paid for:
- DStv Access customers pay K 115 and get upgraded to DStv Family
- DStv Family customers pay K 210 and get upgraded to DStv Compact
- DStv Compact customers pay K 330 an get upgraded to DStv Compact Plus
- DStv Compact Plus customers pay K 490 and get upgraded to DStv Premium.
Can I get upgraded to an even higher package?
Yes. This offer gives customers the opportunity to pay for the current package and view the higher package - or pay for an even higher package - to view the next highest above what they paid for.
What assurance will I get about the upgrade?
Once you pay for your package, your account will be upgraded to the next level within 48 hours. A congratulatory message via SMS will be sent to eligible customers.
I don’t have the full amount to pay for the package I want and get upgraded, can I pay what I have right now?
The amount needs to be paid in full as a once-off payment in order to qualify for the upgrade offer.
What about DStv Premium customers – how will they benefit from this offer?
This Festive upgrade offer applies to DStv Access, Family, Compact and Compact Plus customers. Customers will be kept informed of future offers for other packages – as and when applicable.
Which DStv customers are EXCLUDED from the offer to get upgraded to the next higher package?
The following DStv accounts are excluded from this offer: VIP; staff; commercial; accounts paid 3 months in advance; annual accounts; Extraview (add-ons will still have to paid for by customers).
