DStv Is Giving You Much More With HD

Three weeks ago DStv gave you five new SuperSport channels, a week later two Fox channels, along with iConcerts, TV Mundial and TV Record News which were added to your DStv Bué bouquet offering. Last week we brought you three more exciting channels, namely C Music, TVC 3 and The Travel DStv brings you even more!

As of 24 March 2010, DStv will be providing DStv Bué subscribers in Angola with three new High Definition (HD) channels. Subscribers will benefit from the clarity of HD television on SuperSport HD (channel 171), TVC HD (channel 514) and iConcerts HD (channel 562).

Channel. Now This is in addition to the M-Net HD (170) and Discovery HD Showcase which are available on the DStv English premium bouquet.

To benefit from these amazing channels in HD, subscribers need a HD PVR connected to a HD ready television as well as a DStv subscription.

With SuperSport HD (channel 171) subscribers will receive crisp picture quality, enhanced superior colour resolution, clarity and sharpness to all sporting programmes. Portuguese commentary will be available whenever possible.

TVC HD (channel 514) is a Portuguese general entertainment channel which promises to deliver the most recent blockbuster movies in High Definition.
On March 8, 2010 DStv Bué and DStv Bué mini subscribers received the standard definition of iConcerts (channel 328).

Targeting the audience of music fans found in concert halls and music clubs around the world iConcerts HD (channel 562) will now also be available to DStv Bué subscribers in high definition.
